All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

Shipping times typically range from 7 to 12 business days after your order has been processed. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method and destination you select.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as you received them, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact our customer service at ricecukcoonewx33@gmail.com for assistance and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of order placement. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at ricecukcoonewx33@gmail.com. After this window, we may already have begun processing your order and may not be able to cancel it.
