Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ricecukcoonewx33@gmail.com within the return window. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was sent. Return shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout for your original purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at ricecukcoonewx33@gmail.com. After this 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been processed or shipped.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping generally takes 5-10 business days depending on your location and carrier.
